无纬带

　　该产品分聚酯树脂和环氧树脂两个系列产品，两个系列产品均用无碱无蜡玻璃纤维纱经树脂浸渍而成，为半固化卷状或筒状呈粘性的产品 。

　　主要用于电机的轴字绑扎、变压器的铁芯绑扎、避雷器的阀芯绑扎、电焊机的铁芯绑扎等等。绑扎后用工装固定，进烘箱固化后成玻璃钢，具有强度高，抗冲击，高模量，底延伸，无磁滞，无涡流损失等优良特性。

Banding tape

　　The banding tape are classified into two series, impregnated with polyester resin or epoxy resin respectively, which consist of E-glass yarns without wax preimpregnated with resin. They are semi-cured, packed in roll or spool.

　　The products are used as banding materials for rotor 、 transformer core 、 lightning arrester 、 welder and so on. After banding and fixed with device, then put in the oven, the banding layers are fully cured , becoming into fiber reinforcement plastic. They possess good properties of high tensile strength 、 resistance to shocks 、 high modulus of elasticity 、 dimensional stability as well as no magnetically confining and eddy currents losses .

云母带

　　云母带主要是由以云母纸为基材，以无碱玻璃布或聚酯薄膜聚 酰亚胺薄膜为补强材料及以环氧树脂、有机硅树脂等胶粘剂复合产品。

　　主要用于电机、发电机的线圈绕包，端部绕包及电磁线、电机引线绕包，分别有耐温等级 B 级 130 ℃， F级 155 ℃， H 级 180 ℃的云母带。

　　用于耐火电缆、裸纲线饶包 用粉云母带，并分别有单面，双面无碱玻璃不补强， 聚酯薄膜 补强的耐火粉云母带 。

Mica tape

　　The product is built up with mica paper as base material , an epoxy resin or silicone resin as binder reinforced with E-glass cloth 、 p olyester film or polyimide film.

　　They are mainly used for reeling on coil 、 terminal of motor and generator and for winding on magnetic wires or motor leads. The thermal class of the mica tapes are grade B( 130 ℃ ) 、 grade F( 155 ℃ ) 、 grade H( 180 ℃ ).

　　Also, mica tape can be applied to flame resistant cable and bare cable for insulation.

过滤网

　　玻璃纤维铝溶液过滤网、过滤布该系列产品主要用于铝合金在浇铸工艺过程中的铝溶液的过滤 , 属于非金属材料 , 可起到稳定铝溶液成分的作用，能有效去除铝溶液中的气泡、夹灰及氧化物等，在废铝的利用中，网片可浮在铝溶液表面，利于铝材的回收。

　　•  过滤网 10 目 / 英寸（网孔约 2mm ） 宽度均为 1000mm

　　•  12 目 / 英寸（网孔约 1.2mm ）宽度均为 1000mm

　　•  16 目 / 英寸（网孔约 1mm ） 宽度均为 1000mm

　　可用于各种铝铸件的铸造、汽车和摩托车的轮毂制造、汽缸活塞制造、各种铝合金配件的制造，是行业首选的过滤材料。

　　注：(1) 过滤网分二种，综色和白色，网孔稳定性均优良；

　　　　(2) 可根据用户定制各种片状（矩形、梯形、圆形），并可定制兜状过滤网；

　　　　(3)卷状产品，每卷 30 -100 米 。

Application of glass fiber filter netting and filter fabric

　　Glass fiber netting and filter fabric are used for molten aluminium in casting process. It is non-metalic material and can stabilize the compositions of liquid aluminium, effective to separate bubbles 、 nip ashes and oxide etc.. Netting pieces float on the surface of liquid aluminium, which will make use of scrap aluminium .

　　•  Filter fabric : 15 meshes/in width: 900mm (specially for process of aluminium spindle)

　　•  Filter netting: 10meshes/in (diameter of mesh is 2mm )

　　• 12meshes/in (diameter of mesh is 1.2mm )

　　• 16mesh/in (diameter of mesh is 1.0mm )

　　The products are widely used for filtration of molten aluminium in foundry of automobile wheel 、 motorcycle wheel 、 cylinder piston as well as aluminium alloy parts and are excellent filtration materials.

Remarks:

　1) There are two colours of filter nettings: brown and white .The size of meshes are stable.

　2) Special shapes such as rectangle 、 trapezium 、 round and filter bag are available upon request.

　3) Length of roll: 30 – 100 M /roll.
