5442-1真空压力浸渍用环氧玻璃云母带
（少胶云母带）
Mica Tape for VPI

　　本产品是以云母纸为基材，以环氧胶粘漆为胶粘剂，单面以电工用无碱玻璃布为补强材料，在常态下具有柔软性，用与之相容的浸渍树脂经真空压力浸渍绝缘工艺（VPI）处理后固化成型的粉云母带。其云母含量高，电气性能优异，是大型高压电机线圈采用VPI绝缘工艺的理想的绝缘材料。
　　This mica tape is built up with mica paper as base material and epoxy adhesion as binder to bind on the one of its surface with alkalifree glass cloth as its reinforcing material. It is perfectly flexible under the normal temperature and can be processed by vacuum presure impregnating technology (VPI) together with impregnate resin compatible with the mica and thus be solidified into mica tape after that. Owing to the high mica content and excellent electrical function, it is noted as the ideal insulation material for the large and medium size high tension electrical machinery processing with VPI technology.
　　1、技术要求（Technical Requirement）
　　外观（Appearance）
　　粉云母带胶粘剂分布均匀，不允许有气泡、针孔、粘连、分层、外来杂质、云母纸断裂、正职璃布抽丝和带盘松动的现象。
　　The tape adhesion must be distributed homogeneously without bubble, pore, adhesion, lami-nation, foreigh matter, crack of mica paper, reeling out of glass cloth, loosening of tape coiling, etc.
　　1.2 标称厚度及偏差（Normal Thickness and Tolerance）

　　1.4 边缘弯曲度 (Brink bending)
　　粉云母带的边缘弯曲度不超过1mm
　　Brink bending of mica tape mustn't exceed by 1mm
　　1.5 长度 (Length)
　　粉云母带的长度以其卷或盘的直径来表示，粉云母带卷或盘的直径为95mm±5mm或115mm±5mm，其中接头不多于１个，最短的长度不少于5m，有接头的粉云母带卷或盘应作标志。
　　Mica tape length is shown by its coiling diameter. Diameter of tape coiling is 95mm±5mm or 115mm±5mm. In is the tying should not more than 1 piece and the shortest length must be no less than 5m. The mica paper coiling with tying must be noted with the respect symbol.
