玻璃纤维铝溶液过滤网和过滤布 Glass Fiber Filter Netting 造、后处理加工制成。产品已成系列，工艺先进，质量稳定，广泛应用于汽车、摩托车轮毂、汽缸活塞 以及铝合金零配件的精铸等浇铸过滤。铝过滤网和过滤布可有效去除铝溶液中的气泡、夹灰氧化物等有 害杂质，大大提高铝铸件的成品率，且避免了其它金属成份渗进铝溶液的弊端，不影响铝合金成份组成， 以保证铝铸件的品质。与各类金属滤网相比较，铝过滤网同样具有耐高温、网眼稳定性好等优点，而且 有利于废料的回炉利用(废料回炉后，网片浮于铝溶液表面)。玻璃纤维铝溶液过滤网、布是高档铝合金 铸件的理想过滤材料。 Our company specializes in manufacturing glass fiber filter netting and filter fabric which are woven by E-glass high twist yarn with finishing. Series products can be provided, having advanced technology and stable quality. They are widely used for filtration of molten aluminium in foundry of automobile wheel、motorcycle wheel、cylinder piston as well as aluminiumalloy parts. The fliter netting and filter fabric are particularly effective to separate bubbles、nipashes、suspended oxides and other impurities from the molten aluminium so as to avoid other metal intermingled and ensure the quality of aluminium casting. Compared with other metal filter, the products possess same characteristics of high temperature resistance and stable meshes.
