Introduction:
"HaiYing"H180, F155,B130 banding tapes consist
of parallel twisted E-glass yarns preimpregnated with a special
thermosetting polyester resin. The banding tape is pliable
and tacky. Its web structure provides easy unwind without
glass strands separation and overlapping.The product contributes
the characteristics of high tensile strength, high resistance
to shocks, high modulus of elasticity, dimensional stability
as well as no magnetically confining and eddy currents losses,
which can be widely used as ideal banding materials for electrical
motors, transformers and lightning arresters.

网状绑扎带(无纬带)使用说明
“海鹰”牌H级、F级、B级无纬绑扎带选材好,工艺精湛,质量稳定。
一、无纬带的特点:
1、网状无纬带分H级、F级,平行无纬带为B级、F级。
2、厚度分为0.17mm ,0.3mm ,0.33mm ;宽度为6mm─50mm ; 盘长为50m─200m (筒状卷装长度为1500米─2000米)。
3、无纬带分为聚酯树脂浸渍型和环氧树脂浸渍型两种,聚酯型存储期较长。
4、拉伸强度高,厚度0.3mm的品种,可达1500N/cm以上。
5、固化时间短,155℃ 温度下只需4─5小时(连续固化)。
6、电气强度高,每mm厚平行缠绕层≥12kv。
7、储存期长,25℃可达6个月以上(环氧型为3个月),有利于仓储,避免浪费。
8、退带容易,利用率高。
二、使用说明:
1、无纬带应储存于常温下。气温高于30℃时,应存放在冷藏箱内。
2、需检测无纬带性能时(测挥发物含量等)应在塑袋中取出后1小时内进行。
3、无纬带从冷藏箱中取出使用前,应让其在塑封、室温下存放24小时后,方可使用。
4、无纬带在使用过程中,如张力不匀或绑扎不平整,容易造成分叉。建议将整盘的无纬带整理后继续使用。
5、无纬带绑扎最好在室温下进行,但热态绑扎效果更好。
热态绑扎方法:
A.预热被绑扎工件,预热温度为摄氏80℃左右,时间为1小时左右。
B. 预热无纬带:将无纬带放于40℃±5℃烘箱内20分钟左右,取出使用(预热无纬带时间不宜过长,温度不宜过高,避免过早固化,预热后的无纬带需一次用完)。
6、绑扎张力≤1000N/cm(厚0.3mm),绑扎速度以每分钟10m─15m为佳。
7、 绑扎结束时,应将尾端锁住,可防施加的张力损失,导致紧固的无纬带松脱(可将尾端嵌入内一层无纬带中, 以利压紧)。
8、建议分段固化:80℃1小时,120℃1小时,155℃3─4小时,(不间断地连续固化,不包括工件升温时间)牵引电机、大电机建议固化时间6小时以上。
9、 如要使无纬带的固化与浸漆烘干一次热处理完成,需要做实验,确定浸漆的烘干过程对无纬带的固化无碍。
10、用手工绑扎工艺时,需含胶量、挥发物较大的无纬带。
Application Instruction of Banding Tape
一、The characteristic
1、Web Banding Tapes are divided into thermal class H;F. Parallel Banding Tape is thermal class B.
2、The thickness of tapes are 0.17mm、0.30mm、0.33mm. The width of tapes ranges from 6mm to 50mm. The length of each pancake ranges from 50 to 200 meters. The spools are from 1500 to 2000 meters.
3、Two kinds of resin, polyester and epoxy resin are impregnated for banding tapes. Polyester resin impregnated banding tape possessed longer storage time.
4、The tapes provide high tensile strength before curing. It reaches more than 1500 N/cm for 0.30mm thick tape.
5、The tapes need short curing time, 4 – 5 hours at 155C (continuely curing )。
6、Tapes have good dielectric, more than 12kv per milimeter.
7、Banding tapes contribute long storage time, six months at 25℃ ( three months for epoxy resin impregnated banding tape). They are good for storage, avoiding wasting.
8、The products are easy unwind and high efficiency application。
二、Application
1、Banding tape should be stored in the condition of room temperature. If environment temperature is above 30℃, the products should be put in the freezer.
2、The testing of properties (for example: test volatile content) should be carried within one hour after the banding tape is taken from the plastic bag.
3、When apply the banding tape, keep it in the plastic bag at the room temperature for 24 hours after taking out from the freezer.
4、During the process of application, uneven tension and unsmooth banding would make the tape separation. You could continue to use after neatening the remaining pancake.
5、Banding process should proceed at the room temperature. Better effect will obtain if the process is put up at the heat condition.
Heat banding process is as follows:
A.Preheat the work piece at the temperature 80℃ for one hour.
B. Prereheat the banding tape at the temperature 40℃±5℃ for 20 minutes. Preheat can not be over the time to avoid the tape to be cured in advance,. The tape preheated should be used up once.
6、Certain tension should be applied to the banding tape. Tension is less than 1000N/cm for 0.30mm thick tape , The speed is good enough at 10m-15m /min.
7、 In order to prevent the loosen of the tape, its end should be locked when the banding work finished. Insert the end into inner layer of the tape and press tightly.
8、It is recommended to cure the finished banding work piece continuely at several stage:
80℃ for 1 hour; 120℃ for 1 hour; 155℃ for 3 - 4 hours. It needs 6 hours for tractor motor and industrial large motor ( above-mentioned exclude the time for work piece to reach the curing temperature).
9、 If you would treat dry process of varnish dipping and curing of banding tape together, it is necessary to do a trial to make sure that the dry process will not affect the curing of banding tape.
10、If you want banding process by hands, the tapes should provide richer resin content and higher volatile content than normal .
