More than 30% of total staff are technicians and career persons.The factory locates in Xin Qiao town at Song Jiang District,which occupies more than 8000m² lands.It has many different special equipment and devices.

　　The technology formulation for manufacturing fiber glass banding tape impregnated with polyester or epoxy resin imported from America should be regarded as advanced technology at the end of 90-age. Seven production lines designed and manufactured by the factory itself can operate easily and run well which produce different banding tapes of thermal resistance grade H.F.B. The properties of these products are superior to the similar products. The output and marketing keep ahead in China. The manufacturing system has approved through ISO 9001:2000. Our products exported to Thailand and South Korea and other South-East Asian countries, and has gained good reputation.

　　 We also manufacture various mica tapes, including resin rich mica tapes, resin-mid mica tapes, resin-less mica tapes, polyester film on one surface mica tapes, polyester film on both surface mica tapes, polyimide film mica tapes. They are used for the manufacturing and maintaining of electric motors, flame-resistant cables and electromagnetic wire.
